Most of these are good products. They are just sold differently.
Almost every platform in this category charges a monthly subscription before you send a single message. We sell prepaid credits and nothing else, which is better if your sending is occasional or seasonal, and worse if you want the deep automation the subscription is paying for. These pages say which is which.

How these pages are written
None of them quote a competitor's price. We describe the shape of their pricing, because that is what stays true after they change it, and we link their pricing page so you can check the current numbers yourself. Models last read on August 25, 2026.
This is not a courtesy. This site recently published its own prices from a stale source for months. Publishing someone else's numbers, which we cannot query, would be worse.
If you do want the published entry prices side by side rather than the models, the pricing comparison puts them in one table, with the date they were checked on it.
When we are the wrong choice
If you send several campaigns a week, every week, a subscription with a large included allowance will usually beat paying per message. If you need branching automation, deep e-commerce integration, or a named account manager, buy one of the platforms that sells those. We do not.
When we are the right one
If your sending is occasional or seasonal, a monthly fee is money spent on the months you are quiet. A school over the summer, a nonprofit between campaigns, a restaurant that texts when it needs a full room. Credits stay while your account is active*, so buying ahead costs nothing, and a silent month costs nothing either. Rates start at 1.99¢ a text.
